Vegetable Cutlets

One of the very common snack that we all love is the Cutlets. You must have had all those at different places and would have found to be of different compositions. 

The following are the steps to follow in preparation of the Veg Cutlet  - My way : )

Recipe in Details :

Step 1: Boil beet root (1 big size), carrot (2 medium size) and potato (2 medium size) for 8 cutlets.

Step 2 : Smash all the ingredients and add salt and spices  jeera powder (1/2 teaspoon), ginger garlic paste(1 teaspoon) ,curry masala (1/2 teaspoon).

Step 3: Give the shape of cutlet and coat with bread crumbs. Keep in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Then fry these in shallow in sunflower oil or oil of your choice.
